The Enterprise Team led the delivery of the Purim product initiative, with the people we support taking responsibility for the full production and fulfilment process.
Team members learnt about Purim and the tradition of Mishloach Manot, before researching suitable gift options, comparing prices and ordering stock. They packaged each item with care, developing skills in checking best-before dates, understanding ingredients and allergens, and weighing products while practising numeracy skills.
The team also completed food safety and hygiene training and fully complied with all required standards.
A dedicated delivery team, made up of the people we support, is distributing the Purim gifts locally and can also package and post orders where needed.
